- For R1234yf air conditioning systems, 1x adapter 5380 696 and 1x quick-release coupling 5380 694 are required
- Leak detection with forming gas 95/5 (95 % nitrogen, 5 % hydrogen)
- Forming gas 95/5 is renewable, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, non-combustible, and non-corrosive
- In comparison with nitrogen, forming gas can be “sniffed out” with the electronic leak detector contained in the package
- Due to the low density of hydrogen, the chances of detecting even small leaks are increased enormously
- Combined leak detection and pressure tightness test with realistic pressure conditions in plant
- No environmentally harmful substances escape during and after leak detection
- Hydrogen is 14.4 times lighter than air, which makes finding leaks easier. (For example, finding leaks on evaporators is normally possible without removing the dashboards by “sniffing” the air ducts)
- Uniform hydrogen concentration in the plant to be checked
